As a courtesy to our patients, we utilize text messaging for appointment reminders and offering future appointments. When registering as a patient with us you have the option to opt-out of this service. Your personal data will never be shared with 3rd parties. Personal data is all held offsite on HIPAA-compliant servers. Email is also used for the same purposes of appointment reminders, securely linking forms to/from our server as well as patient statements. You have the right at anytime to discontinue text or email communications by contacting our front desk at 835-5349.
