Founded in 2008 by Steve McCarthy, Washougal Sport and Spine is an independent and privately-owned physical therapy practice. A Camas native, Steve started the clinic after six years of working in a larger, corporate therapy system. As a brand new start up, our initial growth was fueled solely by word of mouth and doctor referrals.

In 2009, Kimberly Williams joined the practice after relocating from Pullman, Washington and become a co-owner and partner in 2011. The clinic continued to grow steadily and in 2013, we relocated to our current space in Washougal Town Square. Over the past (almost!) decade we have grown from just one physical therapist to a team of 4 PTs and 5 support staff!

We feel so fortunate to have grown within this amazing community and we attribute our growth to our unique model of care and an overwhelmingly positive level of client satisfaction.
